The picture you chose for this post is perfect. As weightlifters break down their muscles so they will grow bigger and stronger, we must continuously push ourselves to new levels if we’re to continue improving. Unfortunately most people are just looking for a get-rich-quick scheme and aren’t willing to actually work toward their goals.
